Founder and CEO
Earlier in his career, Bhawan started a successful Information Technology entrepreneurial venture before transitioning to the US government. In the federal government, he worked as an Intelligence Officer handling extremely complex counterterrorism matters with various U.S. government agencies. He also served in the uniform; first, as a military journalist in the United States Air Force, and then, as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Army. He received Honorable Discharge from the United States Army and left service at the rank of Captain. Over the years, he has been involved in more than one entrepreneurial ventures.
Bhawan received his BA (Honors) in Political Science from the California State University, San Jose; CA; MA in Intelligence and International Security from the Kings College, University of London, England; and, MPS in Legislative Affairs from the George Washington University, Washington DC. He maintains native reading, speaking and writing language fluency in multiple foreign languages.
He is a voracious reader because he believes that reading is absolutely essential to success as every book teaches us something new and helps us see things around us differently.
He lives in the greater Washington D.C. metro area with his wife, young son and a very handsome Golden Retriever show dog Bailey.
Chief Healthcare Officer
Dr. Hemjot Kaur worked as a medical doctor for 7 years before pursuing her Master’s in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She made this transition to follow her passion for research and to make a difference in the public health domain.
She has successfully managed several cohort studies and clinical trials including overseas projects in sub-Saharan Africa during her tenure at Johns Hopkins University as a Researcher. She has a vast research experience in ophthalmology, cardiovascular, HIV, dental research. She has extensively worked on projects sponsored at Johns Hopkins University by National Eye Institute, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and National Institute of Health.
She has also actively consulted in a managerial role with the Virginia Department of Health, as a public health professional responsible for ensuring the collection and analysis of case, contact, and other public health data at the local health district level in accordance with sound epidemiologic methods, disease surveillance procedures, statistical formulas and data management techniques to effectively counter COVID-19 in the state of Virginia.
She has several peer-reviewed publications in public health domain. She is the go-to person between our engineering teams, our management team and our healthcare partners to make sure our healthcare partners get excellent outcomes for their evolving project needs.
She is a true believer that advanced technological developments on the horizon has significant positive potential to bring revolutionary changes in the healthcare industry.
